The Pro 2000 series Control Valves

The Pro 2010 control valve is a 2" top mount control valve suited for mid-size commercial / industrial applications featuring fully adjustable cycle times with a 6-cycle control delivering controlled backwash, down-flow brining / slow rinse, second backwash, fast rinse, refill with down-flow service. This Lead Free brass valve body has service flow rates of 125 gpm and a backwash of 85 gpm and post treated water regenerant refill. The solid state microprocessor with easy access front panel settings displays time of day, days until next regeneration, volume remaining, current fl ow rate and total volume used (Totalizer). Four methods to initiate regeneration; meter immediate, meter delayed, time clock delayed or pressure differential. Optional double backwash feature offers optimum regeneration, cleaning ability and efficiency. A coin cell lithium battery offers back-up with a 8 hour carry over. The 12-volt output AC adapter provides safe and easy installation. Reliable and proven DC drive. Economical stainless steel optional meter assembly.

The Pro 2020 control valve features the “Quick Connect“ for tanks with a 6" flange top opening giving the valve the ability to swivel 360 degrees in place. The pro2015 also features a 2" distributor pilot and can be configured for side-mount applications.

The Pro 2050 (heavy) Water softener control valve

The Pro 2050 (heavy) control valve is a 2" top or side mount control valve suited for commercial or industrial applications with 9-cycle fully adjustable cycle sequences and fully adjustable cycle times and a 1-28 days override feature. This Lead Free brass valve body has service flow rates of 125 gpm and a backwash of 125 gpm with pre or post treated water regenerant refill. A built-in internal flow meter comes standard in all heavy valves. The solid state microprocessor with easy access front removable POD houses settings display, Time of Day, Current Flow Rate, Totalizer and Volume / Days until Regeneration. Four methods to initiate regeneration; meter immediate, meter delayed, time clock delayed or pressure differential. Optional double backwash feature offers optimum regeneration, cleaning ability and efficiency. The capacitor provides back-up with up to 24 hour carry over. The 20-volt output AC adapter provides safe and easy installation with a reliable and proven DC drive.

Inline Water Filter, Conditioner and Purifier

Inline filters are installed between the line carrying water to your faucet and the faucet itself. These filters come packed with filtration media or membranes that trap contaminants while maintaining normal water flow.

Water Filter cartridges are best for reducing bacteria, cysts, chemicals and chlorine taste & odor.

Water Conditioner cartridges have the added benefit of also reducing sediment and heavy metals such as lead.

Water Purifier cartridges reduce chemicals, chlorine taste & odor with the added benefit of an ultra-filtration membrane for retention of bacteria, cysts & viruses.

Kits are available that allow the filters to be connected to a separate, dedicated drinking water faucet.

Reverse Osmosis Systems (RO)

The name may sound technical, but osmosis is a natural organic phenomenon that occurs in nature on an everyday basis. RO systems force water under pressure through a semi-permeable membrane and a series of pre-filters then into a storage tank that holds the treated water until it’s needed. A dedicated external faucet is included so that the stored water is only used when desired.

RO system filter modules include

A pre-filter that captures larger particles, chlorine and other substances
A semi-permeable membrane filter that captures finer contaminates
An activated carbon filter that takes care of residual taste, odor and additional organic contaminates.

RO systems reduce bacteria, cysts, sediment, chemicals, lead & other heavy metals, dissolved solids, chlorine taste and odors.

Maintenance includes periodic replacement of the pre-filter, semi-permeable membrane and activated carbon filter cartridges.
